Announcements June 20 and 21, 2026

Each week our goal to meet our parish needs is $3000.00. Last week’s collection totaled $2,657.85 and our second collection totaled $381.00. Thank you for your faithful offerings.

The ladies of CCW are serving up a delightful Father’s Day breakfast This Sunday after every Mass. Grab your dad and join the feast—everyone's invited!

We are looking for individuals to fill several roles in our religious education program. Assistant teachers, substitute teachers and a program coordinator. This is a great way to get more involved in the future of our parish and the Church. These roles would be wonderful for a parent of a child who is enrolled in the program. The children are the future of our Church, and we need your help to provide them with a wonderful program to help grow their faith. Sign-ups are available at the entrances of the church or see Father if you would like to get more involved!

St. James is conducting a parish service project led by CCW collecting personal hygiene items for those seeking help from our church. We ask everyone to join us in filling these hygiene kits. This will be an ongoing project, until the need is met, or we are well stocked. Please see the bulletin for a list of needed items. We will collect on a weekly basis. Please place the items in the bin located at the entrance of the church. CCW will assemble the bags. Thank you for your support.

The Utah Catholic conference will be on September 19th this year. The diocese is offering scholarships to attend. If you are interested in a scholarship, please let Hillary know in the office.

A big thank you to all who gave donations toward our middle school youth trip! With your help we were able to almost fully cover the cost of the hotel. Thank you again for supporting our youth

Cada semana, nuestro objetivo para cubrir las necesidades de la parroquia es de 3000,00 $. La colecta de la semana pasada ascendió a 2.657,85 $ y la segunda colecta, a 381,00 $. Gracias por vuestras fieles ofrendas.

Las mujeres de la CCW servirán un delicioso desayuno del Día del Padre este domingo después de cada misa. Traed a vuestro padre y uníos al festín: ¡todos estáis invitados!

Buscamos personas para cubrir varios puestos en nuestro programa de educación religiosa: profesores auxiliares, profesores suplentes y un coordinador del programa. Es una forma estupenda de implicarse más en el futuro de nuestra parroquia y de la Iglesia. Estos puestos serían ideales para los padres de niños matriculados en el programa. Los niños son el futuro de nuestra Iglesia, y necesitamos vuestra ayuda para ofrecerles un programa maravilloso que les ayude a crecer en la fe. ¡Las inscripciones están disponibles en las entradas de la iglesia o habla con el padre si te gustaría participar más activamente!

St. James está llevando a cabo un proyecto de servicio parroquial dirigido por la CCW para recoger artículos de higiene personal para quienes solicitan ayuda a nuestra iglesia. Pedimos a todos que se unan a nosotros para preparar estos kits de higiene. Este será un proyecto continuo, hasta que se cubra la necesidad o tengamos existencias suficientes. Consultad el boletín para ver la lista de artículos necesarios. La recogida se realizará semanalmente. Por favor, depositad los artículos en el contenedor situado en la entrada de la iglesia. La CCW se encargará de preparar las bolsas. Gracias por vuestro apoyo.

La Conferencia Católica de Utah tendrá lugar el 19 de septiembre de este año. La diócesis ofrece becas para asistir. Si estáis interesados en una beca, por favor, comunicádselo a Hillary en la oficina.
¡Apuntadlo en vuestros calendarios: nuestra próxima clase de Escritura será este miércoles 24 de junio!

¡Muchísimas gracias a todos los que habéis hecho donativos para el viaje de nuestros jóvenes de secundaria! Con vuestra ayuda hemos podido cubrir casi por completo el coste del hotel. Gracias de nuevo por apoyar a nuestros jóvenes.
