Greetings and welcome to St. James the Greater Catholic Church. It gives me great joy to welcome you, and invite you to come and be a part of our Parish family.

As you visit us, we humbly invite you to worship with us each weekend and also during the week.
​
Please, come and participate in our parish ministries throughout the year to deepen your knowledge and faith of the Church and Jesus Christ. We offer Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) classes and Religious Education programs. We would love to have you join us and become active in one or more of the many organizations in our Parish. We encourage you to use your time and talents for the greater honor and glory of God.

Our Mission
The Parish of St. James the Greater is a Roman Catholic community. Following the mission of St. James, who was chosen and called by our Lord Jesus Christ to become one of the First Apostles. We see our mission as continuing to nurture the spiritual life in the parish; to challenge our faith with genuine love and zealous deeds through our commitment to discipleship in order to build the parish to be a loving, united, joyful family and a welcoming community.

As followers of Christ, we are called to serve and generously contribute our time, talents, and treasures in order to encourage, share, and form all ministries in the parish. We continually aim to help and support our children, youth, faithful, and those in need through prayer, sacraments, worship, fellowship, and charitable works.

Moreover, we sincerely open our generous hearts and extend our open arms to welcome our guests, visitors, friends, neighbors, and strangers into our family of God and to be part of the Body of Christ.
